In collaboration with the lab of Eliver Ghosn, we have been interrogating systemic and mucosal antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2. Other collaborative work includes characterizing the properties of tissue-resident B cells in the female reproductive tract by deep-phenotyping and multi-omics single-cell analysis approaches.
