In collaboration with the lab of Mohamed Abdel-Mohsen, we have defined the glycan features of HIV-susceptible cells and the extent to which HIV modifies cell-surface host glycans. Current work uses CyTOF and other single-cell based glycan analysis tools to characterize features of HIV reservoir cells.
